Kirara Encoder will take any media file you feed it and it will, as its name so adequately points out, encode it. It can encode a media file as AVI, 3GP, MP4, MOV, MKV, WMV, FLV, SVF, OGG, and other formats. You will quickly get the hang of using the application and it will quickly do its job.

You can install Kirara Encoder on your Windows-powered machine in one of two supported languages: English and Korean. Through the installation process you will be guided by a setup wizard; it will show up after you download and run the installation file, a 22.2MB executable.

The panel at the top presents the media you loaded into the application: file name, play time, subtitles, file type, and status. The panel at the bottom presents information about the output format. You can choose an output type from the Settings menu or from the Presents menu. Down in the bottom right hand corner there’s the button to launch the encoding process.

To access the functionality offered by Kirara Encoder, you will have to go through a 3-step process:
Step 1 – load the media you want to encode. You can do this by dragging and dropping files onto the application’s interface or by using the Add dialog.
Step 2 – select the output format. As already mentioned, Kirara Encoder provides support for a lengthy list of formats. There are also some nice presets you can go through.
Step 3 – start the encoding process and let the application do its job. Click the Open Folder button from the bottom right hand corner to easily access the location where the encoded file is stored.

Kirara Encoder is a free application.

Quickly and easily encode media files with this free and user friendly tool.
